Background
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The goal of this contract is to procure new Coupling Bolts and Nuts as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts must be new, and no refurbished or used parts will be accepted. This solicitation is intended for qualified sources capable of fulfilling the requirements outlined.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of Coupling Bolts and Nuts as detailed in the Statement of Work. Specific requirements include:
- All parts must be new; no refurbished or used parts are acceptable.
- Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification is required to handle/access DOD unclassified export controlled technical data.
- Vendors must submit a detailed (unpriced) quote including:
- Lead time for each part
- Drawings or specifications if quoting a 'like item'
- Complete list of supplies per the SOW.
- Price breakdown for each part requested in the SOW must be provided separately from the technical capability statement.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date is December 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Towaway, BLDG X136, Norfolk, VA 23511.
